I am genuine about helping people towards living pain free.
I stand strong behind my work and intentions.
My story
I grew up on Whidbey Island and actually experienced Structural Integration (SI) as a little girl. Years later, in 2010, I injured my shoulder in a snowboarding accident and struggled with recurring pain that limited my movement for years. Remembering my early experience, and hearing friends share how SI had transformed their lives, I decided to try the full 10-Series — and it completely changed mine.
Not only did I regain full range of motion in my shoulder, but I also felt a powerful connection to my mind, body, and spirit. That experience inspired me to pursue a career helping others find the same relief and vitality.
I graduated from The New School of Structural Integration, became board certified in 2013, and have continued to deepen my training with advanced coursework in scoliosis treatment, biomechanics, nerve and artery mobilization, scar work, and pain reprocessing therapy. I also served on the Certified board of Structural Integrators for a handful of years. I am a cofounder and the president of a non profit called “Pain relief and education collective”. Our mission is to make innovative chronic pain solutions (like Structural Integration and naturopathic medicine )more accessible to those who need them most. Lastly, i’ve also had the privilege of teaching and assisting at SI trainings and am a certified yoga teacher, trained at Om Shanti Yoga Ashram in Rishikesh, India.
